NorthWest London CCG delivers Primary Care into approx. 500 sites and supports up to 6000 Primary Care users in their service delivery. As such they urgently needed a new, more robust, and secure solution to their existing remote access platform. Facing extremely high license renewal costs, support issues and security concerns they required a new direction for this critical service at a critical time.

North West London CCG approached us knowing of our work with network infrastructures and specifically the work we were doing with digital identities. It was a natural fit with the customer looking to innovate new and fresh ideas into their service delivery. They asked us to deliver an on-site version of our remote access with a view to consume our cloud-based Healthroam Remote.

Delivered just prior to the Covid outbreak, the solution proved to be a huge success for the Primary Care service particularly in dealing with the extra pressures on healthcare during the Pandemic. This served as a major proving ground for the Healthroam Remote service and has now been supporting remote access to around 6000 Primary Care users daily for nearly three years!

The ease of use of this remote access solution has been key to its adoption by Primary Care staff and they absolutely love it…
